Thank you for shopping at ALICIAINC Health and Beauty.  We work hard to ensure that our return policies are fair to all the parties involved.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to process a return/refund.

 

Return

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.

We do cover return costs and issue a full refund or a replacement for any item that was shipped to you in error or is defective or was damaged in transit.

Unwanted items (no longer needed, ordered the wrong size, etc.) returned due to no fault of ours may attract a return shipping cost.

 

Refund 

We are pleased to process a refund once we receive your item.  Refunds will be credited back to the card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express or debit cards) that was used to make the purchase.  We will notify you once the refund is processed.  Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But financial institution can take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
