Shipping/Pick-up

Items can be shipped directly to you or picked-up at our location.  You are able to select your preference during checkout.

Shipping

Aliciainc Beauty and Personal Care can ship to your billing address or another address. You choose!  Shipping costs are calculated and shown before your order is complete.  As soon as your order is complete, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email with relevant details.

Pick-up

During the checkout process, select Pick-up and choose a location.  As soon as your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a Pick-up Notification Email with the relevant details.  Please ensure that you are in receipt of this email prior to pick-up.

To pick up your item (s), you will need to bring the order details from the notification email and a valid government-issued photo ID.  Items will be ready within 24-48 business hrs and can be picked up anytime between 10 am-4 pm EST from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking Your Order

You will be able to track the status online using the link provided in the shipment email. The shipping/delivery time-frame is an estimate of when the shipment will arrive.
